Welcome to Moon Blogging!

Hi 3M Astronomers! This month we will be looking at the moon to observe its changes. Look out for a post tomorrow night to write your first observations. Remember what we talked about in the computer lab on how to blog and what to comment on.

Today I want you to practice blogging by answering the following question: What do you already know about the moon?

Remember that when you blog, standard writing expectations for published work apply. Remember your capitals, punctuation and best spelling.

When you comment, remember to only use your first name.

Happy blogging!

  10. I know that the moon circles the earth everyday. I also know that Neil Armstrong was the first man on the moon. I know that the moon has no gravity, so you would float in the air. I also know that the moon is gray from outer space and on Earth it looks white because it reflects the sun so it looks white from Earth. The moon also is tiny compared to the Earth. On other planets there are different amounts of moons. There are a lot of craters on the moon. There were 12 people on the same trip with Neil Armstrong's trip but he took all the credit.
