There is a NEW moon today. On Monday we will talk about what that term means. This weekend observe the sky throughout your days and let me know if you see any moon. Also, make a prediction as to what size the moon would be based off the previous days.
Today at 8:35 I could not see the moon because it was about to be the new moon. When I went to moon resources it said 0.1 percent of the moon was showing.
ReplyDeleteWhen I looked outside this morning at 9:29 I couldn't see the moon because it was a new moon. Last night at 9:30 p.m I saw the Orion belt, it had two shoulders, a belt and a part of the leg.
ReplyDeleteThis morning at 9:43 I went outside. I didn't see the moon. But the sun was blocking the moon.
ReplyDeleteI looked outside at the moon at 10:01 but I couldn't see the moon and I think the moon is smaller then the previous days. I also looked on Moon Phases and it said it is a New Moon.
